When: October 21 from 11am to 3pm
Where: Stone View Farm - 3201 Deths Ford Road, Darlington, MD
We have decided to offer a limited number of outdoor vendor spots to local makers, bakers, crafters, and creators to sell their goods.
10×10 spaces are just $25.
Vendors will be provided space to park ONE car directly behind their tent for easy unloading, setup, and loading.
We will limit the number of vendors for specific categories as to have a variety of goods for sale to the public and to provide space for vendor parking.
Set up time will begin at 9:30am and entry time will be provided/assigned by Stone View coordinator.
Spot numbers/vendor space will be assigned the day prior to each market date.
Vendors are required to stay set up the entire time, from 11:00am-3:00pm.
No cars parked at vendors spaces will be allowed to move or leave until after 3:00pm.
Stone View Farm does not provide tents, tables, chairs, or electricity for these events, please come prepared.
Events will only be held weather permitting – if canceled due to rain, you will be given the option to attend a different Fresh Roots Market date of your choosing.
Spot reservations are non-refundable.
Signed event liability release is required to participate or proof of insurance must be provided to Stone View Farm coordinator.

Payment must be made within 3 days of notification of acceptance to market in order for your space to be reserved. (Payment link will be provided in acceptance email)
Please answer the following questions with as much detail as possible. If you are selected to be a vendor at one of our Fresh Roots Markets you will receive an email with additional details, liability release and a payment link. (Please remember to check your spam folder just in case.) We will not accept email requests to join the vendor markets – this form MUST be filled out to be considered. Acceptance to ONE market does not provide acceptance to ALL markets listed.
