Pumpkin Program
Ages: Preschool through Third Grade

Learn the growing stages of a pumpkin from seed to our favorite fall tradition! We provide the tools for students to enjoy learning through a fun and hands-on experience. After a brief lesson, each student will receive a pumpkin to bring home with them. Students will then take a hayride tour of the farm with stops to learn about the natural spring house, crop production , animals and much more!

  • $10 per person for children & adults (minimum of 20 people)
  • One (1) FREE teacher admission per 20 students
  • An educational hayride tour of the farm
  • A brief lesson about the life cycle of a pumpkin
  • One (1) free pumpkin (under 5 pounds) is included for each child.
  • Please have the children dress appropriately for the conditions (layers if it’s cold; in breathable clothing if it’s hot) and to wear clothes that are comfortable for movement and activity. Wear old shoes!
  • Stone View Farm has portable restrooms near the barn.
  • Our barn will be open with for-purchase ice cream, hotdogs, drinks and snacks. We accept cash and credit if attendees would like to purchase items. We do not provide free drinks or cups.
  • A deposit of $100.00 is required to secure your reservation- the deposit goes toward your group’s final balance. Deposit is non-refundable if you cancel.
  • Reservation must be made 7 days in advance of your visit.
  • If you will be visiting during lunch time it is advised to have students pack a lunch
